Q2: How long does it take?

Fresh and Bold packages take up to 2 weeks from the point we have everything we need from you. Bespoke projects are scoped individually. We'll give you a clear timeline upfront so you always know where things stand.

Q3: What do you need from me?

We send you a simple brief to complete before we start. Typically that's your logo, any brand guidelines, copy for your pages and some images. Not sure what you have? Don't worry -- just get in touch and we'll figure it out together. We've done this before.

Q4: Will my website show up on Google?

Every site we build includes foundational SEO as standard. That means proper page titles, meta descriptions, clean site structure and full mobile optimisation. If you want to go further, we offer dedicated SEO services to push your rankings beyond the basics.

Q5: Can I update the site myself?

Yes -- and that's by design. Squarespace makes it straightforward to update content, add images and keep things fresh without any technical knowledge. We do a full handover walkthrough once your site is live so you feel confident managing it yourself. We're still here if you need us, but you won't have to rely on me.

Q6: What if I already have a website that just needs work?

Q7: What about domain and hosting costs?

Your Choice Designs package covers the build -- but there are two small ongoing costs with Squarespace worth knowing about upfront.

A domain name (your web address) typically costs around £15--£20 per year. Squarespace hosting start from around £16 per month. That's your site live, secure, maintained and backed up -- no separate hosting bill or surprise renewals.

We'll walk you through exactly what you need when we hand your site over, so there are no nasty surprises down the line.

Q8: What are your prices?

Fresh starts at £597. Bold at £997. Bespoke is quoted individually. All prices are introductory right now, while we build our portfolio and client reviews. If you've been thinking about getting in touch, this is the right time to do it.

Q9: What if I don't have a logo or copy ready?

Don't let that stop you getting in touch. You don't need to have everything in place before we speak -- that's partly what the first conversation is for. We can help with logos and branding if you need them, advise on copy, and help you work with what you've already got. Come as you are and we'll figure out the rest together.
